British driver that has hit another motorist in face uses steroid excuse

Although it is not yet displayed scientifically whether “roid rage” is a side result of steroids, these drugs are blamed for different crimes quite often.
Michael Barton, a person from Britain, hit a Ford Fiesta, while he was driving his Volkswagen Golf. Paul Gard was driving the Ford Fiesta. Barton had overtaken Paul Gard. But then Michael Barton had to pull back in front of him, since another car was driving the other way. Paul Gard flashed him. So, he had to brake suddenly. Barton got angry, stopped his Volkswagen Golf, broke the wing mirror of Paul Gard’s Ford Fiesta and hit the man in the face. Then Gard’s wife called police. While she was calling, Barton drove off calmly.
Michael Barton, a 21-year-old man that has a child of two years old, utilizes steroids for bulking results. So, it has been confirmed that these preparations affected his behavior. The defense attorney for this young person claimed that steroids influenced negatively on temperament of his client, since these drugs increased his testosterone levels.
Earlier Barton was convicted for certain crimes, including domestic violence. Last year this young man pleaded guilty to an assault, criminal damage and driving incautiously due to his anger following assaults.
The judge Patrick Hooton at Portsmouth Crown Court Deputy Circuit claimed that he was not sure that steroids led to improper behavior. But he noticed that it was entirely mad to get angered and hit a man in the face just because he flashed him. The judge confirmed that Barton’s behavior was too disgraceful and he announced: “you ought to go to prison”.
So, this man was given 6-month jail sentence suspended for a year; he was also enforced to pay 500 dollars in compensation and ?277 for damage of the car.
